I Ching divination is an ancient Chinese practice of consulting the Gods to gain insight, foresee trends, and make decisions. It relies on generating random line patterns called hexagrams. It’s uses can be for channeling spirits, gods, or even dictating if you’re on the right path and what to watch out for.
Liu Yao divination is a highly analytical 2,000-year-old Chinese method based on the I Ching. You cast a hexagram using three coins, and the system assigns the Five Elements, earthly branches, and "Six Relatives" to each of the six lines to provide precise, time-sensitive answers regarding a single, specific question. The Gods being channeled can give you advice on how to pursue your path in regards to relationships, career, and daily life choices.
Jiao Bei- Traditional Chinese moon blocks used for yes-or-no divination. Jiǎo Bēi can be used to not only connect with the Gods but also a dead relative or ancestor you would liked channeled. You would ask the diviner questions while the God or Spirit channels through the Jiǎo Bēi to give you yes or no answers. The blocks being used are from sacred Peach wood that have been struck and charged by lightening itself from the Gods.
The combination of Liu Yao & Jiao Bei brings an even more in depth accurate reading. Although both separately are accurate, sometimes the Gods have messages even with your other readings. Ideally, its best to use both for stronger connection to the Gods.
How it works:
Step 1 - Purchase a reading
Step 2- Email us @ Shiroikitsunenyc@gmail.com and give us your location, time & date you are available for a reading. We will then create a schedule via Zoom.
Step 3- A ritual will be performed before the reading and there should be silence.
Step 4- 1,200 year old artifact coins from the song dynasty are shaked in a a turtle shell six times and the gods will tell you your hexagram. Two trigrams are formed to make one hexagram which will tell you your current position and after another hexagram will be told so you can see what the gods say about you future. After, there will be confirmation from the Gods as the Diviner uses Jiao Bei made from sacred Daoist peach wood that have been struck by lightening itself. These blocks are charged by the thunder Gods themselves.
Duration:
Can take anywhere between 45-60 minutes. It really depends on how complicated the reading gets or the hexagram you receive and how many changes or transforming lines are within your hexagram.
